Telephone Banking 

With PhonExchange Voice Response®, you can perform banking activities right on your phone. Here’s a bit more on how our telephone banking works.

Account Information — InTouch can provide balance information and account history to customers on checking, savings, CD, IRA, and loan accounts.

Bank Information — The Bank Information feature is a recording of information about branch locations, ATM locations, or other items of interest to your customers. 

Funds Transfer — Transfer funds between accounts through InTouch. This feature is done automatically between customer accounts, and does not require processing entries manually. InTouch performs a memo post to the accounts, then the transaction is written to the transaction file for processing. Loan payments may also be done using this feature.

Gift Cards

Visa® Gift Card is a Prepaid Card and can be used anywhere Visa debit cards are accepted. You’ll find it is convenient, secure and easy to use at retail stores and on the Internet. When asked “Credit or Debit?”, please select “Credit” to sign for your purchase, or choose "Debit" to use the assigned Personal Identification Number (PIN) for your purchase. Note, there is no cash access; the PIN is only an option to perform a point of sale transaction.

Due to the nature of certain purchases, the final amount may not be known when your card is initially swiped for approval. As a result, the attempted authorization may exceed the final purchase amount by 20% or more for the following merchants. Only final purchase amount will be deducted from your balance but the entire estimated amount may be withheld from your balance for up to 30 days.

Gift cards may be purchased for amounts up to $750 and can be purchased from all Exchange Bank locations.

Bank to Bank Transfers 

FI-to-FI (Bank to Bank) transfer allows you to transfer funds to or from your Financial Institution checking or savings accounts, to or from accounts you may have at other financial institutions. You may have as many as three inbound transfers totaling $3,000 per day and as many as three outbound transfers totaling $3,000 per day. You must contact the bank to obtain authorization to use this service — please contact Bookkeeping at 913-367-6000 or Military Banking at 800-255-6762. Then you must go to Internet Banking to complete the enrollment process. Transfer processing will cut-off at 3pm daily CST. Contact us for details. 

Wire Transfers

Move money across county, state, country, or even world with ease. We offer our customers both domestic and international wire transfer capabilities. Contact us for details.

Direct Deposit
